Vivax-Metrotech Loc3 Transmitter and vCam Wall Charger Overview:
The Vivax-Metrotech Loc3 Transmitter and vCam Wall Charger is designed for use with Loc3 series Transmitters that are equipped with a Li-ion rechargeable battery and the vCam inspection camera systems. You can power the transmitter while charging it at the same time with this setup. The rechargeable battery kit includes this charger, but it can be purchased separately as needed. In fact, some users find it helpful to have a second wall charger available as backup. This item does not come with the Li-ion rechargeable battery itself. You can purchase the kit here instead.
Compatibility:
This charger will only work with the newer Loc3 transmitter. It will not work with previous generation transmitter models. However, you can find that legacy vLoc2 series charger kit here. In addition, this charger will work with the vCam-6, vCamMX mini camera systems and the vCamDrain. If you need just the Li-ion battery, reach out to our office and contact us if you have any questions.
Other Options:
You can also purchase a vehicle charger instead of or in addition to this wall charger. This can be useful if you want to charge your transmitter in the vehicle on the go.
